They called it dumb-scroll. They might be wrong…
That was actually the only escape of reality. The torture of life was eased by this escape…
Maybe that’s why going out on Friday night felt better than sitting still on Monday morning.
Science has attributed this to the brain. The psychology of man, they say, outwit that of another.
Science makes comparison of a default attention spam. Clustered by everything and anything… They often forget that science can not explain a man in whole.
A man is more than a biological being, whose organs plays trick on him. Neither is man summed as a being whose desire drives him alone on the things which are seen.
Man… He has a heart which seeks to be satisfied from birth. He has been in a rush to be filled.
He’s heart is not looking for liquor, sex or dopamine. But for peace, love, and purpose. We cannot find chasing distractions. But what man finds is only in Christ.
Psalms 145:15–21 — All living things look hopefully to you, and you give them food when they need it. You give them enough and satisfy the needs of all. The Lord is righteous in all he does, merciful in all his acts. He is near to those who call to him, who call to him with sincerity. He supplies the needs of those who honour him; he hears their cries and saves them. He protects everyone who loves him, but he will destroy the wicked. I will always praise the Lord; let all his creatures praise his holy name for ever.
